At the age of 25, I decided to pay a tribute to the first twenty-five wonderful years of my life by gathering all the scattered pieces of my creativity under one cover. A pink cover, yes :).

I called it ,,D Poveste”, a word-game that cannot be fully translated into English. D comes from ,,Diana” but together with ,,D Poveste”, it means ,,Like a Fairy-Tale”. Probably the child within, the one who wrote her first poem at the age of 5, thought life was indeed ,,like a fairy-tale”. I no longer see it like this, it’s not a fairy-tale, but rather it’s the tale that one lucidly chooses to build for oneself.  Every day, through one’s acts, thoughts and dreams.

This is my tale, the tale of who I am and the tale of who I’ve been, depicted by the pieces that I timidly wrote during these 25 years. And if you read it carefully enough, you’ll know who I aspire to be, as well.
